Online training clients come in all shapes and sizes. Some need an extra helping hand with a wide range of questions and requirements where others have some experience in the gym with regard to diet and training but want that little extra guidance from a professional. After completing a comprehensive questionnaire covering everything from body stats, training history and experience to sleep patterns and food diaries. I will then put together your online program and nutritional guidelines.

 

For online personal training to work well we need to be sure that regular feedback is given. This is one of the most important aspects of online personal training. For us to make the best decision we need as much detail as possible to cover every possible eventuality. This is where my well-presented tracking sheets make things that much easier. Everything is there for you to see how you are progressing and gives me the insight into what needs to be adjusted.

 

Online personal training requires you to be mentally ready. You don’t have to be in the best shape of your life, in fact you can be in the worst but you must have the mentality and willingness to change. I am always at the end of an email or possible Skype call if needed but you will be required to maintain regular contact so we can meet your goals as smoothly and as best we can.
